Terms and Conditions are displayed below. Both uses of the Prestigious Pampering website as well as telephone bookings is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Prestigious Pampering Terms of Services
Many thanks for choosing Prestigious Pampering to book a wide range of holistic therapy treatments brought straight to your home, hotel, or office. These Terms of Service ( “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Prestigious Pampering of 13 High Street, Yiewsley, Middlesex UB7 7QG (“Prestigious Pampering”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). These Terms govern your use of this website ( the
“Site”) and the services we provide i n facilitating bookings for holistic therapy treatment ( “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. We urge you to read the terms thoroughly, and i f you do not accept them, do not make a booking for any holistic therapy treatments with Prestigious Pampering.
Eligible Use
To use the site and/or the services, you must be of legal age ( 18+) and of legal capacity to agree to the terms of use. You are not eligible to use the site or services if under the age of 18 unless parental consent has been issued.
Customer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in, without liability to you, a rejection of a booking request, cancellation of booking, or an inability of the booked therapist to provide treatment as requested. Such failure may also result in loss or incorrect delivery of booking confirmation via email. Once your booking has been accepted and fully confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail of your appointment.
By making any booking with Prestigious Pampering, you are fully responsible for: full payment as applicable, ensuring the therapist has appropriate access to designated premises, as well as suitable space and facilities in which to carry out the treatment. This includes adequate lighting and heating and ensuring the health and safety of the therapist while at your designated premises. If you have known contraindications or are pregnant, please inform us in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel any appointment without refund if contraindications are not advised in advance where we believe that the safety of the client or the therapist may be jeopardized. You must also fill out and update an online client consultation form which will subsequently be kept on record for insurance purposes.
Gift Vouchers and Package Discounts
All Gift Vouchers and Package Discounts will be valid for between three and twelve months (depending on what you’ve purchased and if it’s subject to a special offer) and are non-refundable. Please keep your gift voucher with you to be redeemed on an appointment. Cancellation terms and conditions are applicable.
Prices and Payment
Prices vary depending on the type and duration of treatment opted for, as described on the site.
If you book directly via the booking system or with us in person, the full price of the treatment is taken at the time of booking.
For out-of-hours callout, we charge an extra 30% of the booking fee. In addition, an additional fee may be added for the congestion charge (£15.00) and parking if parked for an extended time due to treatments. Depending on location - further then 3 miles from W4, additional expenses are to be paid by you. We will send you an invoice for the full payment with details 24 hours before your treatment time.
Please keep in mind that no cash payment will be accepted.
Cancellations
You reserve the right to cancel any treatment session at any time by contacting the therapist directly or by email: info@prestigiouspampering.co.uk. At l east 48 hours’ cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice: Any cancellations made within or less than 24 hours of your booked appointment time shall incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
No-shows
No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of treatment. To be considered a ' no-show', you fail to be at your designated premises after 15 minutes of your booked appointment time. Delays: Therapists usually arrive at your designated premises 15 minutes before the booked appointment time to set up and prepare for the session. If the therapist should be delayed, they shall contact you directly. In the event of a significant delay on the part of the therapist, that is unworkable for you, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment.
Extensions and Delays
Should you wish to extend the time of your previously booked appointment, the therapist will try to fulfil your request, subject to availability. Should you be delayed and unable to meet your booked appointment time in excess of 15 minutes, we regret we will need to cancel your appointment with no refund.
Prohibited Use
You are forbidden from using the site or services to do any of the following, which are strictly prohibited: engage in any form of inappropriate behaviour, including ( but not limited to), illicit or sexually explicit remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking, and/or other inappropriate or suggestive behaviour. You must not infringe upon the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person. You must not harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any therapist. You must not attempt to damage, disable or otherwise impair our servers or networks. You must not engage in or encourage others to engage in criminal or unlawful conduct or breach these Terms including misuse of the Site or Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes. You agree not to breach these Terms in any way which may result i n, among other things, termination or suspension of your access to the Site and Services.
Modification and Termination of Membership
These terms may be modified at any time, including fees and charges for services and termination of site use, by presenting you with a notice of termination. We also reserve the right to change, suspend, terminate, or discontinue any aspect of our site or services. This includes the availability of certain features on the site.

With this said, we also understand that you want all personal information given to us to remain private and secure. Upon registration at Prestigious Pampering, you will be asked for some personal information, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, and desired appointment address. All these details are necessary i n order to process your booking and notify you with confirmation of your appointment.
Safety and Security of your Information
Prestigious Pampering follows a tight security procedure as i s required under GDPR regulations, which protects all information that we store about you from any unauthorized access - whether this is on an electronic device or stored in the Cloud.
Internal Confidentiality
We protect your privacy in the following ways:
Access to any customers' account information is limited to those who need access specifically for the performance of their j ob. We use full login and password controls on both internal admin and booking systems. Confidentiality and database access controls are and will continue to be, reviewed periodically and updated as required, ergo further protecting your data.
The booking system we use ( Timely) is fully secure and GDPR compliant.
How we use your Personal Information
All personal information we collect via our website or through correspondence with you may be used for the following purposes, and the following purposes only:
Dealing with bookings and accounts, including supplying your name, telephone number, and appointment address to fulfil the appointment.
Research to improve our service offering. We may contact you via any of the following methods: e-mail, telephone, SMS or other electronic messages (such as picture messaging and post). Should there be any change to our privacy policy, updates shall be posted directly onto our site, ensuring that you are fully informed of your rights. You may also notify us of any change to your preferences.
